At the time of your scheduled visit, use the emailed confirmation link to connect to your visit or login to your UpScript account, visit Order History and select the Begin Scheduled Visit button.
Our customer service team may call you from 1-888-400-5945 to confirm the details of your order. Within 24 hours after your visit, we will notify you of the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner's evaluation of your order. If your order is approved, your payment method will be charged and we will ship out your medication to the provided shipping address.
